          I have recently struggled with some major sleep insomnia and just troubles falling asleep in general. My father in law recommended a magnesium spray to help, and let me tell you, this stuff changed my sleep life! This stuff makes me so drowsy within about 20-30 minutes after applying.A few things to note however, this stuff smells pretty bad.
